THE PROBLEM
Every year, more people are confronting the issue of digital loneliness. Surrounded by social media and messaging apps, they often lack a sense of genuine closeness. According to the WHO, loneliness affects one in every six people globally, and 17–21% of those aged 13–29 report experiencing it [1]. The WHO also cites digital technologies as a contributing factor [1]. Establishing friendships in adulthood is more challenging than in childhood: social circles narrow, and opportunities for natural introductions decrease.SOLUTION
Creating a safe online space where introductions are based on shared cultural background, interests, and communication style. The user answers several questions about their personality and values. Optionally, they connect the services they use (music, images, movies)—this helps define interests more precisely. If no services are connected, tastes can be described manually.FORMAT
«Soul to Soul» — a digital service concept that connects people not only for romantic relationships but also for finding like-minded friends. A first format: a Telegram bot, which will evolve into a mobile application or a series of interest-based meetups. The bot operates by having a neural network analyze user-provided data and introduces people one-on-one, but the matching is built on shared values and tastes.Original size 1195x758
