Hi, I’m Glasha!

I’m a multidisciplinary designer working across visual identities, typography, illustration and digital communication. I believe every project deserves its own visual language. My process begins with exploring context, finding unexpected connections and developing a strong idea. From there, I turn concepts into expressive visual systems that communicate, engage and give each project its own character.Different ideas. Different forms. One approach.
What I Do?
Distinctive ideas deserve distinctive visual languages. I work with cultural organisations, creative studios and brands to create visual communication that reflects their character and connects with their audience.
My practice combines conceptual thinking with bold experimentation, transforming ideas into expressive and flexible design systems.
My focus: Brand Identity, Typography, Illustration, Editorial & Digital Design.
How I work?
1 | EXPLOREI study the project’s context, audience and objectives to understand what makes it unique.2 | CONCEPTUALISEI look for unexpected connections and develop a central idea that captures the project’s character.3 | EXPERIMENTI explore typography, imagery, colour and composition to find an expressive visual language.4 | CREATEI turn the concept into a cohesive design system that works across different formats and applications.
