«Before AI Replaces You» — an online exhibition on how to restore your brain’s ability to think creatively.

Abstract: In the modern world, humans are dependent on phones.
Beyond the fact that many crucial aspects of our daily lives are online, our brains have become accustomed to bite-sized content, quick doses of dopamine, and instant AI responses. As a result, most people experience daily information overload, leading them to cease consuming complex content, stagnate, and simply exist rather than truly live—and most significantly, they lose the ability to think creatively.PROBLEM:
- We consume any information online that interests us, observing other people’s lives instead of our own.
- People spend 6–8 hours a day looking at screens.
- The brain becomes accustomed to the quick dopamine hits from the online world—and grows bored with real-life activities.
- With the advent of AI, the internet is taking over more and more tasks on our behalf.
- Conclusion 1: lack of energy, decreased concentration, and apathy equate to «digital debilitation.»
- Conclusion 2: the number of creative people is shrinking—brains lose the ability to invent new things because they have become used to consuming.

Exiting the screen—reclaiming your life.
SOLUTION AND MISSION:
• Without forbidding phones, provide scientifically-backed, simple actions and advice that restore energy, concentration, and the ability to think creatively. • Explain why this works.
FORMAT: «5-Gallery Online Exhibition»
• One website, five sections = five exercises in moving beyond the phone and reprogramming the mind. • Each section includes a mini-article on «why this works for the brain» plus a visual gallery (a multimedia exhibition) designed to capture the attention of someone accustomed to clip-based thinking.«Now that we have learned to fly through the air like birds and swim underwater like fish, all that remains is to learn how to live like human beings.»
